Is the bowl damaged?
The blue gel inside the ice cream maker attachment is nontoxic, but if it leaks, please contact us.
Was the bowl placed in the dishwasher?
The freeze bowl is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only in warm water with mild detergent once the bowl has reached room temperature. Never wash the freeze bowl in the dishwasher. Thoroughly dry the freeze bowl before storing it in the freezer.
