Ordering Replacement Parts for Small Appliances
How to order a part that is broken will depend on whether your product is in warranty or not. If you believe your product is in warranty, contact us at 1-800-422-1230 and we will be able to verify your warranty, order the part, and if needed, provide repair options.
While there are many replacement parts available for small appliances, KitchenAid® does not sell any parts that are considered "internal" parts or parts that connect to the motor in any way.
