No Operation - Will Not Turn On - Quad Door

Possible Solutions

Is the power supply connected correctly?

Make sure the power cord is plugged into a three-prong outlet. A 115-volt, 60-Hz, AC only 15- or 20-amp fused, grounded electrical supply is required.

  • It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only your refrigerator is used.
  • Use an outlet that a switch cannot turn off.
  • Do not use an extension cord.
  • Check the outlet. If you are unsure if it's working, plug in a household lamp or other small appliance to verify that it is.

Check circuit breaker or household fuse:

  • Check whether a household circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt (GFCI) outlet has tripped. If so, reset the breaker or GFCI.
  • If the refrigerator is on a fuse box, check to see if a fuse has blown and replace it if necessary. If the problem continues, call an electrician.

Check to see if a household circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt (GFCI) outlet has tripped. If so, reset the circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt.

Check the controls

  • Make sure the controls are turned on. Depending on the model, you may need to turn the cooling function on manually.
  • Demo Mode allows you to use the product while on the showroom floor. The control panel and lights remain on, but the cooling/freezing functions are turned off. This feature is only available on some models.
    • To Enter Demo Mode, go to the Info section under Settings and select Demo. Confirm the selection. Once in Demo mode, the display will start to play marketing videos.
    • To Exit the Demo Mode:
      • Touch the screen to stop the video from playing.
      • The option to "Try the Product" or "Watch the Video" will display and select "Try the Product."
      • Select the settings menu, pick "Info," and select "Demo".
      • Confirm exit from Demo Mode.
