Thermometer Disconnected While Cooking
KitchenAid Smart Thermometer Disconnects
The KitchenAid App should automatically attempt to reconnect.
- Bring your mobile device closer to the Dock. Keep the Dock as close to the Smart Thermometer as possible, avoiding direct heat.
- If the disconnection is sustained, check that the Dock and Thermometer Probe are charged.
- If you are in the process of cooking, try resetting the connection. On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and/, forget or delete Smart Thermometer. Place the thermometer probe in the dock and remove it to restart the Bluetooth connection
