How to Assemble the Pasta Press
Assembling the KitchenAid Pasta Press
- Rotate the cutter away from the housing base so that the auger may be inserted. Insert auger into housing base, cross-tab first. Auger should settle entirely inside of the housing.
- Place the selected pasta plate onto the housing base so the pasta plate’s tab inserts into the auger base.
- Screw the pasta ring onto the housing base until it is seated firmly in place.
